So, this post is an experiment to see what performs better between 5:45pm CST and 7pm CST posting times. I'll be interested to see the result.
I also wonder if there are different optimal posting times across different filters (e.g. people interest in "dating" topics might do more surfing later at night vs. people interested in "family" topics). I'm guessing it'll be easier to flesh that out later once there are more people on board the Steemit train.

Is there a way to take into account the articles that are well written versus those that are not. Does it matter? Should it matter? How to tell?
What about the difference between the picture of a sexy girl with few words vs. one well written, informative and intelligent article with no pictures ?

We can definitely filter by topics/tags, that is an easy addition to the script, although I fear that limited sample size will become even more of an issue!
