수박껍질과 죽순 무침

수박껍질을 조금에 잰 후 물기를 빼고 죽순과 함께 새콤달콤하게 무쳐서 맛있는 반찬으로 먹었다.
생각외로 오도독하니 맛있었다. 앞으로는 수박 껍질을 버리지 않을 생각이다.
