Dear Steem-ians
Ever heard of the term "knock-out punch"? Well I am sure those of you who have ever worked out in the ring would be awfully familiar with it - and that's what you sometimes can get when you're riding on the cusp of a wave, whether it be in your life or career , and yes, even in the virtual reality "gaming" world - as most of you would be aware by now, the inconceivable (some would say inevitable) price-ceiling bust of the Satoshi - the DAO Jones index, some might even call it!
Yes, in case you were wondering, that was the great Sir Isaac Newton, brilliant indeed he was, and so was the gravity of his fall (pun intended). Crux of all this, though, is, make no mistake,it takes enormous amount of self control to resist the gargantuan social pressures in the virtual currency craze right now, but oftentimes, the best way to treat others with empathy is really not to engage in similar acts of self-inflicted harm as them, but to just gently let go and step away; yes, iron sharpens iron, but constantly placing yourself and others under overtly harsh and undue risk of harm is just, frankly, foolish. I am no philospher, and certainly not a "lifecoach guru" of any sort, in case any of you Steem-ians might be thinking, but I personally believe the key to cultivating true value is to constantly keep punching at life in the _(, yes, admittedly I am intentionally being crude here) but making sure you got those gloves on - those thick, red, shiny ones; they'll certainly be less intimidating than them knuckle-dusters, but they'll protect your fingers (and your livelihood) just fine, even amidst those having a "whale" of a time surfing on a receding and possibly impending, too-big-to-fail 8-footer.
Also, read up on what FCC's impending enforcement ruling could well mean for the future of DVC, IoT and pretty much everything in DigiTech
Sincerely yours
