We are aware of the voting issue, sudden changes in the underlying api system without prior notice caused the daemon that fetches new posts to break. We are working as fast as possible to get this system restored! Everything else is working fine and thank you for your patience in this matter.

100% agreed we may have that bug I will check but we I believe already convert all tags to lowercase before comparing anything for NSFW to avoid any confusion. IF this is a bug we will get it fixed ASAP and apologize for it.

Same here upvoted a nsfw post with all shodow casters and the user have low reputation low shadow rank and copied nsfw post. And user have just 15 steem power and upvoted with more than 20 sbd. Wow shadowbot.
Dont cast votes till you get fixed leaving shadowbot is the only option. Get fixed ASAP @SHADOWBOT

hi, is it possible you can have a look at my shadow rank, it hasn't gone up in over 2 weeks, almost 3, plus my steempower in now above the fractional voting threshold of 1065

We will take a look and see what is going on. Just to let you know though, there is a new ranking system being rolled out this month that will be well explained and offer far much incentive for good steemians while basically destroying the ranks of abusers! Be excited it will help good steemians like you SOO much while punishing the few people who think they can take from our system and abuse!

Does ShadowBot manage claiming my rewards?
Yes, ShadowBot automatically claims any outstanding rewards you have earned without you having to do anything. You can not turn this feature off, but why would you really want to?

I guess auto claiming rewards versus not auto clamining rewards is a thing between homo oeconomicus and convenience. Right now it is purely on the homo oeconomicus side.
Grabbing the rewards as soon as possible means a higher SP amount which results in bigger votes for the posts the account is voting for in the 2h rhytm. It's unpossible to maintain that efficiency with manual work. It clutters the wallet transactions list, but thats more a failure of the steemit frontend not to be able to filter that.

But, they announced to add a setting to be able to change that function with the next upgrade. So with the upgrade "Elysium Fields", you can change that. Dunno when it will be.

You can't turn off automatic rewards as of this moment but we did have something planned for that. I think it may be in this new update but don't quote me on that.

I made a discord channel for us, it has a report bugs, suggestions, FAQ and other areas.

There is a very interesting situation. Is the system faulty? I don't get upvote. But the system gives upvote from my account. When will come to us Upvote?
Also, despite the increase in level in the Shadow, the Upvote number does not increase. Why ?

Steem upgraded the code and nothing is connecting right so it will do things like report upvotes or might even try and upvote and when our code is reading that it's upvoting it counts that as an out going upvote showing on the stats as you upvoting. This happens when they change the code. So we go in and fix it to the new code and make it work again. because steem didn't tell anyone that they are updating the code we don't have time to fix it with in a timely manner.

Hi please let me know whats happening as my Shadowbot page is giving no information. It shows my latest posts but nothing else. The top indicators all show stats except for the SHADOW QUEUE which shows zero. this has been like this for the last two to three months. PLEASE let me know why.

I have exactly the same issue @tigerfish, @jonbit and @shadowbot. Although I only signed up 6 weeks ago but in that time my page has shown no shadow votes and no shadow rewards but it is definitely posting on other peoples posts @100%. I have no idea if I'm just wasting my VP or not!

Your account received upvotes from @grandpawhale. That account is only active in shadowbot and is doing nothing else. So as long as you are receiving upvotes from there, you are receiving upvotes from the shadowbot community. Working as intended.
But I'm totally with you there, that the missing pieces of information are quite annoying. As far as I can tell prior to the deactivation I had higher earnings than contributions. Also we are still earning shadowbot ranks, which will mean a higher reward in the future.

The network for grandpawhale is quite interesting. Shadowbot is quite busy casting that many votes.^^ Of course it only shows the bigger accounts and not every account grandpawhale is voting on.

I'm afraid I'm not sure what value shadowbot is to me. I tried it before and now have been signed up for a week. It has used lots of my votes yet the stats on my dashboard remain blank, same as last time, and I have never received a single upvote. I don't want to drain my votes so much if I get nothing in return. Am I doing something wrong to prevent my getting votes?

I guess that the fix is not retroactive, or does it have to "catch up" to the new posts?

Hey @renzorarg Yes older post get prioritized first so it will be retroactive. Yep they sneaked that one in on us, It's a good thing because it updates the code but when not given any kind of notice. It takes a lot longer to fix. When you guys tell us something is wrong it helps us out, so thank you to all who told us! It really is predicated! We will be giving out some kind of bonus to all of our shadow casters, not sure what it will be as of yet.
