Have one corrupted @steemieans : Name @sazbird said that he/she delegate his/her @steem. Meaning Selling Up vote.

When he/she got reach much @steem now he/she put the mask of @steemitboard policy. Because they don't want any @steemieans come there level. so they give there down vote.
In this time they using auto up voting bot and follow bit voting bot @tipu @rocky1 etc. so they steel now involve in corruption.
List of some of this type corrupted person is @joshman @joshmania @meesterboom @b00m @steempatron @johnwatson @citizensmith @revisesociology @bartheek etc.
Please attention @steemitboard and @steemit

Very well information dear, thanks for bringing such things on to blog.
Though they promised that after hard fork 21, upvoting abuse will reduced, but it's not the case.
Whales are still at the safer side, only minnows are getting loaded with down votes.
