I don't think so. I have myself checked their posts. There is no such content which can be bring hacking viruses to steem, like you said,.
They just have followed the link in order to get upvotes and followers.

      Thanks for reply. I checked the above link , they have followed the link but they were not aware about the link.
      Is there any way they can recover their accounts.

        • Ask the to do Stolen Account Recovery
        • Change their password
        • Remove the Bad Links
