Getting Started with Steemit -- Upload Profile Picture

Hello Everyone!

This is Shayan and since I just joined Steemit and uploaded my profile picture - I thought, I should share the process. Since, time is of the essence here -- I am going to write in points that you can follow.

How to Upload Profile Picture on Steemit - Steps

  1. Go to https://postimages.org/
  2. In the top right hand corner, click sign up
  3. Enter email address
  4. The password will be emailed
  5. Use the password and email address to login
  6. Click default (this is the gallery name)
  7. Now click upload
  8. Choose the image
  9. Now the image will be uploaded and you will get a series of links to choose from
  10. Choose Direct link and copy to clipboard (CTRL + C for Windows and CMND + C for Mac)
  11. Now, click the round icon ride beside the "submit story" link at the top right corner of your Steemit Profile
  12. Click settings
  13. Paste (CTRL + V for Windows and CMND + V for Mac) the copied Direct link to "PROFILE PICTURE URL"
  14. Hit Update
  15. You are done!
