If we are not help each other why we come steemit and why we follow each other?

I have 262 people follower and I follow 259. If daily per follower 1 vote and 1 comment my post I found 262 vote per day but I found daily 3-5 vote it is very poor.
we need to work together and help each other when any one vote me I am going his ID and give him vote but max steemit people not give vote and comment each other.

Every one want vote & comment but nobody not want give vote & comment it is very selfish things. Because the world is grate word

My question is? If you not vote and comment my post why you follow me.

I must be unfollow him who are not vote and comment my post. If you give vote and comment my post I am also give you vote & comment your post. steemit.com system together working. If you not interesting my post you need to unfollow me. If you want to follow me you need daily minimum 1 vote 1 comment my post I also give you same. Together we build our dream with helping each other.

Please do not mind anyone. I do not want to hurt you. But we all should know that we will not be able to improve if we do not act like this.
