How to get upvotes on steemit ? Help Needed

Hi friends,
I am about to here from almost 2 years. I started with steemit to get upvotes and to earn money for living because I was in need of money badly. But from first few days I got some steems but later nobody upvted my posts and I did not earned anything .
Now I am very disturbed that which is the way which can help me to gain upvotes.
I am unable to find the true way but I see many people having lot of upvotes on their posts that make amazed.
So I want that community should help me to get upvotes and to earn money .
Tell me how can I get upvotes
I will wait for your precious suggestions about this matter.

Downvoting a post can decrease pending rewards and make it less visible. Common reasons:

  • Disagreement on rewards
  • Fraud or plagiarism
  • Hate speech or trolling
  • Miscategorized content or spam
