Well, I just went through and looked at most of the users that up voted your post. All of them have very little voting POWER. That is the key to getting the actual dollars. I have over 700.00 dollars in STEEM POWER but I can only up vote you one penny. That's it ... That's all the np vote power I have. And that's only if I have not voted TOO much to bring down my voting power. TOO MANY votes in a 24hour period will stop your up votes from giving money.
Side note : I just up voted your post too!

I say it's bots because it's always the same names that appear in these 50 votes post in a minutes. that doesn't mean the author knows about it. it can be random bot voting.
