Good day Steemian and welcome, this is more than just a price update on the Steem cryptocurrency for 1/7/2024, under the hood it's been a 7 year project.
I have been posting the Steem price update since almost the very beginning of Steemit.com back in 2016 along with other content, plus I have attended many Steem official events and represented Steem at smaller events.
Many have came here to discuss the daily Steem price and recent Steemit changes for over 7 years.

There as never been a single power down made on this account since that time "7 years", our mission is to retain and rise the price of Steem for the benefit of us all. We do this by not only holding STEEM but by also buying into STEEM from time to time. All this rises the price of STEEM meaning your investment goes up in value and so does your earned rewards.

I'm sure we all want a better future for Steem and so casting your upvote here keeps Steem locked to raise it's value for us all. Most of the players in the crypto sphere are only here for some quick and shady profits before they just decide to get up and disappear but we have been here for the long run and would like to see Steem remained a strong and reliable token.

June 2024-Bitcoin reached over "70.000" again on June 4th and so the high season isn't done just yet. Likely you have witnessed some of the many bearish traps for investors to try and navigate this season. And so who knows when the bullrun will be truly over, I mention bitcoin because it can be a indication on the direction that Steem will follow. However not a lot of movement from our own token this time round compared to previous years which is very sad. Perhaps we have to be more patient, as some wait on another possible alt coin rally, Steem did almost double since it's bottom and while that was something to celebrate we done much better in the past. What this does mean is that Steem itself is essentially still wide open price wise for the smart and smaller investors💰. Last night I went to sleep way past the usual late hour which is disappointing, this was mostly due to my computer working extremely slow. I thought that because of some recent cleaning the computer would be up for handling the tasks given but I guess not. This is fine as next time I know how to device the work into 3 parts causing very little slowdown. With Steem the other night I was still amazed to discover how many inactive accounts actually still hold Steem tokens which are just sitting in their accounts. Nothing wrong with that, infact this helps keep the Steem value from going too low, I guess it's just I always thought there would be less people holding on to any Steem at all, I was glad to see I was wrong. When I did try to sleep there wasn't any difficulty falling asleep as it was a relatively cooler night, however this did surprise me as I thought the late night would cause me more trouble to sleep. When I did fall asleep I just woke-up to my scheduled alarm which is what I want. The alarm was set for later to make sure I got enough sleep for the night, but I did continue to rest past it for a little longer than I wanted. As for the weather this morning it returned to being mostly a cloudy looking day, there's little sunshine, which is odd because when I initially woke-up it was very beautiful outside. Temperature wise it remains cooler this morning which was very nice, it's still nicely warm but I think today will be slightly warmer. Since I didn't have work to get in for until later in the day the late start was not much of a problem but I did have some chores I wanted to get done before leaving. My friends are having guests with them at the moment who have travelled down for some quick business but they will spend the weekend with my friends which will save them a lot on costs. This is real handy for them but with my friends we have made plans to try and meet mid-week. So I was able to get on with the usual chores getting a decent amount done, once my free time was over I had a quick small breakfast, changed and got ready to leave for work. On the way to work I took plastic bottles with me to dispose, I thought the weather would of improved by the time I left. When I got into work one of the first the first things I wanted to get done was to update my work card as they told me to get this done last time I finished work. The superiors seemed busy for most of the time and so I thought it would likely be better to sort it out at the end of shift. Well during shift one of the superiors sent me the details to upgrade, while that seems like a good thing they are likely disappointed that I didn't go to them instead. With everything upgraded I was glad to see there was no extra work to get done, and so I looked at the weekly task sheet which was more reasonable for me this time round. One of my colleagues who I worked with today who had just cut off all he's hair due to the heat looked so different, to the point he looked like a thug haha! Which I think is why he mentioned one of the girls giving him some bad stares👀, likely she didn't recognize him initially and so thought he may of been a "thief👤" in our building lol. On the way home it was slightly darker than I expected and so no improvement from all these clouds, no problem at least it wasn't cold. When I arrived home I started with the chores I could do but had a phone call from friends telling me about their friends who stayed over, from the sounds of things it all went well. Good to hear but this was putting me behind for getting started on dinner tonight haha. As for Steemit.com 📊 there as been talks about doing PR for the site which as all been done before and while in one way adding more people could help the value of Steem I still believe it would be better to try and educate those who are already with us. And I don't mean education on creating better content but rather on how the site and the token is valued. Again not by it's content but instead by holding Steem, buying etc. Others are working on updating the look of the Steemit.com website to something more "modern" I was very worried about this but the changes aren't anything drastic. Onwards there as been mostly promises of war happening everywhere, more countries are slowly getting and warning their citizens to prepare for war. Such a war in this day and age will be devastating and so we must continue to work to remain at peace and not fight in wars that don't belong to us. Work hard, try to hold it together, sometimes we can't and that's ok too.. Let yourself know this first off. After that "Pace" yourself, even in the mist of the storm you can make it. Before we finish I would like to ask if anybody can recommend any website to watch movies or series for free without a VPN or a download site, a upvote will be sent if it's good.
