Good day Steemian and welcome, this is more than just a price update on the Steem cryptocurrency for 12/8/2024, under the hood it's been a 7 year project.
I have been posting the Steem price update since almost the very beginning of Steemit.com back in 2016 along with other content, plus I have attended many Steem official events and represented Steem at smaller events.
Many have came here to discuss the daily Steem price and recent Steemit changes for over 7 years.

There as never been a single power down made on this account since that time "7 years", our mission is to retain and rise the price of Steem for the benefit of us all. We do this by not only holding STEEM but by also buying into STEEM from time to time. All this rises the price of STEEM meaning your investment goes up in value and so does your earned rewards.

I'm sure we all want a better future for Steem and so casting your upvote here keeps Steem locked to raise it's value for us all. Most of the players in the crypto sphere are only here for some quick and shady profits before they just decide to get up and disappear but we have been here for the long run and would like to see Steem remained a strong and reliable token.

August 2024-Bitcoin reached over "70.000" again on June 4th and so the high season isn't done just yet. Likely you have witnessed the many bearish traps for investors to try and navigate this season. And so who knows when the bullrun will be truly over, I mention bitcoin because it can be a indication on the direction that Steem will follow. However not a lot of movement from our own token this time round compared to previous years which is very sad. Perhaps we have to be more patient as we wait on another possible alt coin season, but what this means for now is that Steem itself is still wide open price wise for the smart and smaller investors👍. Last night I went to sleep way past the usual late hour, this was mostly because of again taking too long with dinner, I also got off the call with friends late and the heat was making things difficult. When I did try to reach slumber there wasn't much difficulty, which surprised me because it was very hot in my room, but I guess it wasn't enough to disturb me. Once sleeping I woke-up 1 hour to my scheduled alarm, not sure why perhaps my skin was getting too cool. I tried going back to sleep with little luck, the alarm is set between the hours I usually wake-up to try and get my routine back on track which I'm off by 1 hour. As for the weather this morning it was a mostly a clear sky with the sun already shinning brightly, there was no denying today was going to be very hot. Temperature wise sure it was already getting hot fast but at that time the heat was at a point that it was just about comfortable but I have no doubt that will change. Since I didn't have work to be in for today I was hoping with the slightly earlier start I could get some more chores done before my friends start to bug me about seeing them. This already happened last night on call since one lot returned and others are leaving today those who were not here want to meet as soon as possible. I guess it's nice to know that if some people go missing from your life that there are others out there willing to put up with you haha. However I was worried I wouldn't be able to get much done today due to the heat. This didn't turn out to be fully true but I'm sure I would of got more done if the heat was not so much. Makes me think a little of what happened yesterday at work, my first task given that morning by my boss was to get him the weekly tasks. I remembered then having 50% missing on one of mine, oops! Well a miracle happened while I was away from work, haha well not really a miracle but one of the guys had completed that 50% I was missing "great😁!" saved! Today I did get a message from my boss, he apologised for annoying me on my day off but of course he warned me I had to stay a little longer for a shift further in the week. Still today I was surprised I managed to look up a few ticket prices to fly over and see my father, nothing booked just browsing. While doing that I found some amazing places on offer, heck if I ever make enough Steem I would love to go and capture the atmosphere and share it all here. Which by seeing some of the news stories today it just makes you want to fly away, it was very sad again to see people constantly losing lives as kids play with knifes. After doing what I could for the day I waited to see if my father was going to call me but likely he is still having trouble with he's internet as there was no call so I started to prepared dinner before settling in for the night. As for Steemit.com 📊 like I mentioned before there was some progress on updating the look of the Steemit.com website to something more "modern". I was very worried about this but the changes aren't anything drastic You can now experience this yourself and may have noticed already the changes. For me personally I feel like it helps certain things stand out more, however I still feel like navigation could be improved. Onwards there as been mostly promises of war happening everywhere, more countries are slowly getting and warning their citizens to prepare for war. Such a war in this day and age will be devastating and so we must continue to work to remain at peace and not fight in wars that don't belong to us. Before we finish I would like to ask if anybody can recommend any website to watch movies or series for free without a VPN or a download site, a upvote will be sent if it's good.
