Good day Steemian and welcome, this is more than just a price update on the Steem cryptocurrency for 15/4/2024, under the hood it's been a 7 year project.
I have been posting the Steem price update since almost the very beginning of Steemit.com back in 2016 along with other content, plus I have attended many Steem official events and represented Steem at smaller events.
Many have came here to discuss the daily Steem price and recent Steemit changes for over 7 years.

There also as never been a single power down made on this account since that time "7 years", our mission is to retain and rise the price of Steem for the benefit of us all. We do this by not only holding STEEM but by also buying into STEEM from time to time. All this rises the price of STEEM meaning your investment goes up in value and so does your earning rewards.

I'm sure we all want a better future for Steem and so casting your upvote here keeps Steem locked to raise it's value for us all.

April 2024-Bitcoin reached over "70.000" again on March 25th and so the high season wasn't done just yet thankfully. We have had yet another fall from Bitcoin, but as you have witnessed lately there have been many bearish traps for investor to navigate and so who knows if it's truely over. I only mention bitcoin because it can be a indication on the direction that Steem will follow, however not a lot of movement from our own token this time round compared to previous years which is very sad. Perhaps we have to be more patient, others would argue that it almost doubled since it's bottom, while that was something to celebrate Steem as done much better in the past. Last night I went to sleep just under the usual late hour, which was surprising because I was out with friends. When I did go to sleep it was cold but I managed to fall asleep quicker this time which definitely added on some of my missing sleeping time. Still I'm better prepared lately for the night by putting on a blanket over the sheets, surprisingly while it helps it isn't by much but it is enough to get me through the night usually. When I did go to sleep I woke-up about 1 hour before the set alarm, maybe I felt thirsty, I'm not sure but went back to sleep until the alarm. And after that I rested past it as I was recovering from being out with friends last night. Not only that but I could do this because I only had work later, however something else forced me to wake-up. As for the weather this morning well it was violent, it was the weather that woke me with it's strong winds and the hail crushing down on the windows, just everything was making so much noise it was not possible to sleep. Without being able to rest any longer "which was a good thing I guess" as I wanted to get chores done before work. Since I was starting work later I kind of miscalculated the time I had and nearly ended up late. This was also because I was trying to get done as much as possible. When I left the house I was worried I was going to get caught in extreme weather but that was not the case, by that time the sun was out which took away the cold but of course that blustery wind remained. For about a week now I had been dreading to be in this Monday as I would be in charge of all the extra work, not only getting it set but also making sure it's all completed by tonight. To add to the problem after a certain time I would receive no help in getting my part done which was the 2nd thing I was most dreading about today. Like always when I do this there are always problems, mostly communication ones, like for example nobody told me initially the guy was already and waiting to go through the work to set it up, and so when I saw him he started saying "You should be ashamed of yourself" now I actually know this guy and know he is half joking with me, and so I asked him why? He said he had been waiting for 1 hour and a half, well I had only started in the past 25 minutes and so that as nothing to do with me which I explained to him, but he already knew all this of course haha. Anyway we got on with the work, he as definitely become more confident and cheeky since we had last worked together. I felt like generally I was doing great for time and so tried to get everybody set as quickly as possible, during this there were of course a few issues like always but at least everything was set. Once I lost my support later I started to feel like the task was impossible but I got stuck in and I was making up some good time. Unfortunately towards the end there was just too much for one person to get done which I felt the entire time, and the last 2 hours occupied me the whole time to try and get it done the last section which was ridiculous. In the end me and a superior had to run over time by 13 minutes to get it completed, she was not happy. But I tell you what there was a guy that was basically doing nothing for like 1 hour if they just got him to help me for even just 10 minutes this wouldn't of happened. It was a stressing day and I was very glad when it was over, outside it was dark and windy but I really needed the cool air even if it was too breezy. But I couldn't enjoy that as it's just been non-stop and when I got home I had to get dinner ready while also trying to speak with my father about documents he needs from me. Was still having nightmares after I had a little incident with dinner the other night, with a cooked bowl of rise on one hand, I opened the oven door to get out the rest of the food.. well at this moment I notice a big spider just about to crawl under my sleeve and so with a jolt and a shake getting it off my arm it started to rain rice.. well after checking myself for being free of the beast I looked to the floor to see my just freshly cooked rice steaming. Smile was wiped off my face completely as I was very hungry and had no idea where that spider went haha. I brought a new laptop the other day as I will need this for when and if I go to see my father this year as the current one I own is not fit for travelling with, it's so old I'm surprised it's not falling apart. As for the new one I wanted to get through it's setup process but already knew it was likely that wouldn't happen. Infact I knew it could of been a few days before I get the chance to set it up, which today again proves this to be true but I hope tomorrow may be the day. My plan is to continue what I'm doing to fight the flu as a few weeks ago I swore I was going to start trying everything to shift this as it just seems to keep coming back in a different form. I have been trying mostly natural things rather than going to big pharma. Unfortunately not much luck but at least I'm better now plus I have to admit some things have definitely improved, I just hope I haven't pushed myself too much today. As for Steemit.com there as been talks about updating the look of the Steemit.com website to something more "modern", I was very worried about this but the changes aren't anything drastic. They have got to the point were inviting alpha testers to try the work so far as been called for. What I would like to see is just easier excess to all parts of the website. Sometimes I feel have to be too much on the right page to get to where I want to go.. if that makes sense. Onwards there as been mostly promises of war happening everywhere, more countries are slowly getting and warning their citizens to prepare for war. Such a war in this day and age will be devastating and so we must continue to work to remain at peace and not fight in wars that don't belong to us. Before we finish I would like to ask if anybody can recommend any website to watch movies or series for free without a VPN, a upvote will be sent if it's good.
