Good day Steemian and welcome, this is more than just a price update on the Steem cryptocurrency for 21/11/2024, under the hood it's been a 8 year project.
I have been posting the Steem price update since almost the very beginning of Steemit.com back in 2016 along with other content, plus I have attended many Steem official events and represented Steem at smaller events.
Many have came here to discuss the daily Steem price and recent Steemit changes for over 8 years.

There as never been a single power down made on this account since that time "8 years", our mission is to retain and rise the price of Steem for the benefit of us all. We do this by not only holding STEEM but by also buying into STEEM from time to time. All this rises the price of STEEM meaning your investment goes up in value and so does your earned rewards.

I'm sure we all want a better future for Steem and so casting your upvote here keeps Steem locked to raise it's value for us all plus we will try and use some of that Steem to buy even more. Most of the players in the crypto sphere are only here for some quick and often times shady profits, this is before they decide to just get up and disappear. But we have been here for the long run and would like to see Steem remain a strong and reliable token.

Nov 2024-Bitcoin reached over "97.000" on November 21th and so the high season doesn't seem to be done just yet. But when is it likely to finish? When it falls to 50k? Well 30k would be a good mark, but likely won't fall that low, so how about 40k? We mention bitcoin because it can be a indication on the direction that Steem will follow. Sadly not a lot of movement from our own token this bullrun, but what this means is that Steem itself is still wide open price wise for the smart and smaller investors👍. Last night I went to sleep way past the usual late hour, this was mostly due to some article reading. When I did try to sleep there was some difficulty, this was mostly because of the cold and a busy mind. I woke-up 10 minutes to my scheduled alarm, I'm not going to complain about that because it's much better compared to 1 or 2 hours prior to the alarm. It's something annoying that as been happening on and off since my father was here visiting. Most mornings I have been resting past the alarm, sometimes I'm not going to sleep early enough, while other times the cooler temperature is making getting out of bed on time a struggle. For the weather this morning it's returned to being dark, cloudy and miserable looking, no rain which surprised me but apparently that's for the weekend "argh of course😡". Temperature wise it was one of the first mornings where I was freezing from the get go, usually the morning is bearable and only just before the afternoon hits does it start getting cold. It was difficult to start this morning to get out of bed, mostly because it felt cold. I spoke to my friend about this last night where he admitted to having the same problems recently. While it was a late start to the day this was not much of a problem because I only had work later which means I have the chance to get chores and some other things done. The messages from the friend who updated me on their situation with the hackers says they are continuing to make good progress, but unfortunately I can't say the same for the friend who is looking for work. I done what I could, and with my free time up I skipped breakfast, got my bag set for work, I changed and left. On the way to work I took the cardboards with me to dispose, I also had a surprise visit from the sun who decided to come out but this visit done very little combat the cold it was very icy out. When I got to work I saw my boss running around it almost felt like the previous shift where a visit from his boss and the director of the company showed up. But I knew this time it was very unlikely there was another visit happening and that it instead had something to do with the extra work. I was not wrong as there was way too much for us to get done even with adding on extra people for the team. I also realised early on that I had once again forgetting my keys to work and the house keys I just really don't understand how I forget these sometimes and worry about this for in future. This always throws me off for the day but luckily I was able to shake this off more easily and could be likely somewhat because of some colleagues today being kind of silly making me laugh. I guess we was having a bit of fun but my boss and team leader were having none of it which is understandable considering how much work we had to get done. I think it was to no surprise to any of us that we didn't manage to complete the work set for us which is why I think people just started having fun because they already knew it was a impossible set task. The system was also being difficult with e this evening which is likely because I was using some of the newer equipment which seems to work worse. We had the other day the director of the company visit us and some staff were definitely trying to hide from them haha. When other colleagues asked them why they were hiding? They said they were worried that they would personally tell them the truth about how they felt of all the changes implemented recently. Well now that sounds reasonable to me and I was going to do the same thing, and so when the boss and director left later I asked these colleagues why were they so reluctant to tell them the truth if asked of their opinion? What I discovered didn't surprise me but did anger me. This is because the colleagues who said they were going to tell them the truth were told by the superiors to not do such thing. I honestly think this is terrible and another reason why so many companies fail when these idiots up the top are in their echo chambers and get no real feedback or "know-how" on how things work. I thought that the superior "in training" had finished and moved to another site but he is still with us today. As for the new guy in our team I was very surprised that for once on another shift he was actually being chatty and friendly with me, perhaps he isn't so bad after all, but let's see how this progresses. There is still another new staff member which I have not met yet, surely she quit or something because I have never seen, I should remember to ask other staff if they know what happened to this staff member? I was glad to escape work but not looking forward to the icy type weather outside, it was very cold but I expected worse. A friend called on my way home and we talked for too long on the phone, I wouldn't of minded if this call came 2 nights ago. When I arrived home I was still on call, sure it was already too late to get started with any chores but still this was putting me behind. As for the quick work-outs I have lost track of how many missed days it's been, but again likely won't get one done due to time. Lastly I started to prepared dinner, checked in with my father who made a visit to the hospital again but says all is well, and then I settled-in for the night. As for Steemit.com 📊 the Steemit Learning Challenge Season 21 now on Week 4 shows a good range and quality of courses that are being offered for those interested in taking part and being rewarded. For December the Steemit Team are inviting people interested in becoming Community Curators to start applying this is only in teams of three people. I'm disappointed that our TRX wallets on Steemit.com have been removed by the Steemit Developers a long with any funds. This was part of the condenser project to fix all the wrong display numbers from rewards "good stuff". But I think removing the TRX wallet is downscaling the usefulness of the SteemitWallet and Steem token as a whole. You can recover any funds by creating a new tron account with TronLink and then adding the Steem generated TRX account to that newly created account. Regardless I still think we should of kept the TRX wallet functional. If you agree on keeping the TRXwallet you can write to them here asking for it's return TRXWallet. Onwards there as been mostly promises of war happening everywhere, such a war in this day and age will be devastating and so we must continue to work on remaining at peace and not to fight in wars that don't belong to us.
