Good day Steemian and welcome, this is more than just a price update on the Steem cryptocurrency for 22/7/2024, under the hood it's been a 7 year project.
I have been posting the Steem price update since almost the very beginning of Steemit.com back in 2016 along with other content, plus I have attended many Steem official events and represented Steem at smaller events.
Many have came here to discuss the daily Steem price and recent Steemit changes for over 7 years.

There as never been a single power down made on this account since that time "7 years", our mission is to retain and rise the price of Steem for the benefit of us all. We do this by not only holding STEEM but by also buying into STEEM from time to time. All this rises the price of STEEM meaning your investment goes up in value and so does your earned rewards.

I'm sure we all want a better future for Steem and so casting your upvote here keeps Steem locked to raise it's value for us all. Most of the players in the crypto sphere are only here for some quick and shady profits before they just decide to get up and disappear but we have been here for the long run and would like to see Steem remained a strong and reliable token.

July 2024-Bitcoin reached over "70.000" again on June 4th and so the high season isn't done just yet. Likely you have witnessed some of the many bearish traps for investors to try and navigate this season. And so who knows when the bullrun will be truly over, I mention bitcoin because it can be a indication on the direction that Steem will follow. However not a lot of movement from our own token this time round compared to previous years which is very sad. Perhaps we have to be more patient as we wait on another possible alt coin season, and so what this means for now is that Steem itself is still wide open price wise for the smart and smaller investors💰. Last night I went to sleep before the usual late hour, this was mostly due to still needing to recover after the 2nd gruelling work shift and for another long one today. When I did try to sleep there was the cat knocking on my door but she was quickly put into another room to settle, I can say that while the heat was still making it difficult to sleep thankfully it wasn't as bad compared to previous nights. When I did fall asleep I woke-up about 1 hour to my scheduled alarm, not sure why this happened but could of been for the same reasons as last night the cat again knocking and the heat. I tried going back to sleep with little luck, the alarm was set for earlier than usual to make sure I got up on time for work. As for the weather this morning it was partly cloudy with the sun doing it best to be seen. Temperature wise it remained hot, there was none of that cool air from the past 2 days. Since I had to be in soon I couldn't get any of the chores done or some of the things for my father. I needed to scan and print things for him but unfortunately the machine as stopped working and I need to get a new one. I'm still a little sort on the 💰 cash and so was hoping to cover the rest with Steem. But for whatever reason the amount needed to make a trade now as been hiked up to over 500 Steem😡! I wonder why this would be the case now? When my free time was up I skipped breakfast as I would get something at work plus I wasn't going to need the same energy compered to the last horrible shifts I had. Before leaving I changed, got my bag set and myself ready for work. On the way the sun continued to try and come out from under the clouds and it was doing a pretty good job of it, and so it seems likely it will be a warm one. Arriving to work I saw the guy who let me down for the week of "cover shifts" he said he was leaving which in one way was good because that would mean I didn't need to do any cover work. Going to my floor I noticed the lights were not as strong, it was likely just the emergency lighting working. I didn't think much of it and got on with work, thankfully the guy who was up there fixing the lighting revealed himself while I was still at the desk because if not he would of likely scared the life out of me. I hate how often they have repairs and maintenance going on so often during my shifts. Luckily the repair guy was not there for long and soon left and I with better lighting now was able to look at the weekly task sheet. I was disappointed to see my name on it twice with one of the tasks not being something I want to do as it seems to be a very "back and forth" type of a thing where it makes me wonder what is the point of it and if the superiors are just wasting our time. With the first task I started it yesterday only getting 10% of it done, no problem as today I worked on it and now at 40% completion. The 2nd task I will likely do that next time I'm in work for the terribly early shifts coming soon. I next looked at the extra work being set for later and it was more than I expected, I was so relieved however that the set-up process as nothing to do with me anymore, and hopefully for a good while. This is because one of our colleagues now returned from holiday relieving me from doing anymore of that horrible cover work😁. Because there was so much of the extra work I pushed myself to get much of it done to help the team have I chance of completion when I leave. By the time I finished the shift there was still too much to get done but the team might just about be able to get it completed for the night. I was glad to get out of there, it was hot, I was tired and time was dragging, getting outside I was greeted with lots of very bright hot sunshine. Getting home it wasn't as hot in the rooms, I started with chores but didn't want to over-do it, so I went to get some dinner ready and settle in for the night. As for Steemit.com 📊 there as been talks about doing PR for the site which as all been done before and while in one way adding more people could help the value of Steem I still believe it would be better to try and educate those who are already with us. And I don't mean education on creating better content but rather on how the site and the token is valued. Again not by it's content but instead by holding Steem, buying etc. Others are working on updating the look of the Steemit.com website to something more "modern" I was very worried about this but the changes aren't anything drastic. Onwards there as been mostly promises of war happening everywhere, more countries are slowly getting and warning their citizens to prepare for war. Such a war in this day and age will be devastating and so we must continue to work to remain at peace and not fight in wars that don't belong to us. Work hard, try to hold it together, sometimes we can't and that's ok too.. Let yourself know this first off. After that "Pace" yourself, even in the mist of the storm you can make it. Before we finish I would like to ask if anybody can recommend any website to watch movies or series for free without a VPN or a download site, a upvote will be sent if it's good.
