Technology that existed today..Existed yesterday. Part 1 by @sirlunchthehost

Advanced Civilization - A civilization is not considered advanced because of the technology it holds, but rather the information they have about the technology they posses.

Its often thought that civilizations before us were nothing more than humans with primitive thought patterns. When we think of technology today we only think of how it could not have existed yesterday and that is our first step in the wrong direction. Technology that exist today existed yesterday, just in different forms and shapes. Stones and resources that are used today to power our technology were still present before us. Which means that fundamentally humans before us had the same resources and stones, just different tools and methods of transforming them into technology. These different methods and tools are backed by cultural differences and spiritual beliefs of previous humans. For example:

" We utilize our advance technology for simple everyday uses on a MASS SCALE. Which means, on a MASS SCALE we lose sight of the importance technology holds."

To say that something could have never existed is to say that it never will ever exist. The meaning behind this theory is simple.
If someone says that ( A ) cannot exist, they by definition brought it into existence, thus voiding the idea of ( A ) not existing. The simple fact is that we are less in tune with out bodies now, than 100,000 years ago or more.

"If you aren't being told or learning about your body and what it can do, then you are living in a strangers body."

Technology is Magic, because magic is the art of creating something out of nothing or things humans deem worthless or no value. As a whole we walk around with diamonds and other gems as pieces of gaudy jewelry to show off status and wealth. We are lead to believe that our ancestors did the same, but what if they knew Diamonds and other gems had different effects like vibration? And with a few of these gems or what not in a certain pattern and design could create Technology. A civilization is not considered advanced because of the technology it holds, but rather the information they have about the technology they posses.

When going through our own history we see glimmers of innovation and technological advances that we ourselves in this day and age cannot comprehend. ANYONE and I MEAN ANYONE who is amazed or shocked or has learned something new when observing past technology in any form is a clear beacon that shows, we are not the smartest/advanced civilization to date. If anything it shows how little we know and how much we till have to learn about Technology before us. It has to be a oxymoron for the common scientist to think that technology before them was less advanced than anything we have today, when indeed the technology we have today is in its infant stages.

Yes very true post. To me is seems logical our ancestors were far more advanced than us. The reason being we can’t use or explain their technology!

The great flood wiped out their technology, umm is history repeating?

It would seem to me that each civilization has its highs and lows, but as history repeats itself the same outcome occurs. We cannot escape the fate of a RESET on a mass scale. Wether it be due to outside influences or our own.

Very true, I do however think we can maybe survive on a large scale if you go back to a more sustainable in tune way of life.

A mass scale reset sounds like a good idea for your next article unless you've already previously covered it?

" We utilize our advance technology for simple everyday uses on a MASS SCALE. Which means, on a MASS SCALE we lose sight of the importance technology holds." This kill's me. Such a great post.

the spiritual path is narrow, but it is the most fruitful.

So very true! People would laugh if they saw the size of the Facit calculator used in the early 1970s, looked like a typewriter .....not many of those around today....but it was amazing at the time.

Your angle on technology is very interesting :):)

great post ...

If our forefathers hadn't been so technical in their times, we wouldn't have become able to appreciate the power of STEEM !!!!

good post

I love how the Native Guy doesn't look like he's typing so much as he is just pointing at his paper like "it's that awesome..."
