Romeo Lavia's transfer saga seems to be coming to an end. It is reported that the Southampton midfielder will soon complete his move to Chelsea .
This summer, Lavia has indeed become a prima donna in the transfer market. His slick performance with Southampton last season caught the attention of a number of England's top teams.
One of the clubs reportedly interested in Lavia's services is Chelsea. Mauricio Pochettino wants to make the midfielder a new pillar of the Blues midfield.
Fabrizio Romano reports that Lavia is determined to choose Chelsea. He is said to be soon completing his transfer to West London.
More Medical Tests
According to Romano's report, Lavia is currently in London.
He is scheduled to undergo medical tests at Chelsea. He has received permission from Southampton to undergo this stage.
The medical test process is still ongoing, and so far it is reported that there have been no significant problems in the midfielder's medical tests.
Coming Soon Introduced
Romano said that Lavia's own transfer process would be completed soon after this medical test was completed.
The midfielder will immediately undergo a photo shoot as well as a contract signing session at Chelsea.
If there are no significant obstacles, in the next 24 hours Lavia will be introduced as a new player for The Blues.

Chelsea reportedly had to spend quite a lot of money to bring in Lavia from The Saints.
They are rumored to be paying around a total of £53 million plus add-ons worth five million pounds for the midfielder's services.
