Always remain humble because any size motorcycle can drag you and the pavement doesnt feel good at all. Safety first and always be sure to wear your gear regardless of how hot it is outside. I couldn't agree more. We are just purchasing our gear now. My Mrs just bought what I think is the most awesome helmet. It is called the Shark Skwal Helmet and has a great safety feature, check it out it has built in LED lights.
