Russia to open up anonymous VPN connections

Russia will open up anonymous VPN (Virtual Private Networks) and proxies to the public.
VPN is mostly used to visit blocked websites which will be a lot harder now.
Google and Yandex (the Russian Google) will not be allowed to link the sites anymore.
