STEEM Deposits are working on Binance.
Hopefully this is a sign that STEEM withdrawal will be back on line too.
18 days ago, Binance STEEM wallets went down for deposits and withdrawals. This is because their STEEM node went down. It is suspected that Binance just needed to get the latest software loaded and re-synchronized, That changed a day ago. STEEM wallets have been active for deposit. There plenty of people transferring STEEM to Binance.
Be careful though. Binance Withdrawal is still disabled.

I saw the STEEM dump. My theory is that people were waiting to deposit Steem so that they can sell. When their deposit went through, they sold. This perhaps triggered bot trading. Price of Steem for a very short time touched about $0.73 but bounced right back.

On Binance. I think it was too short to buy and to little volume.

I bought some on Binance the other day and I didn't even realize the wallet was in maintenance, so I had to sell it back and get BTC, then transfer that to Bittrex in order to get some Steem. I hope it's back up soon! It seemed like Poloniex getting theirs back up helped.
