It´s time to celebrate 2000+ Followers on the steem social network. It´s been a hell of a ride and simply an awesome year in which I´ve met a bunch of awesome people from all around the world.
I´ve read hundreds of posts, wrote quite a lot on my own and exchanged opinions through numerous comments. I honestly can´t remember that I ever used any social media network as frequently and passionate as steem.
Thank you all! It´s been an amazing time and still is. I´m glad that I´ve got to know all of you and want to send a big thank you towards all my 2000+ Followers! You all are amazing, thank you for being active on Steem!

After seeing your post I really wonder if and what I'm doing wrong 🤔
And I'm not really referring to the fact that I only have 200 followers. As I still have a half year left to gain another 1,800, which I will easily succeed to do so 😁
But the rewards, you are getting at least $30 for a post that basically says 1 simple thing. My best posts make $0.10 😥😩🤔

I've noticed alot of people doesnt reward their followers, and their commenters on here.
It's a shame.
When someone takes the time to not only read your post but to leave a comment. Even throwing your small vote their way does a lot of great things...
They are More Likely To Follow You;
I'm not saying you should upvote every single comment you get. I try and look for those that I feel provide value to the post. When they see that you upvoted their comment and they will be rewarded as a result. This encourages them to follow you; Then you'll have a regular on your post!
You can grow your followers so that they can grow you;
If they choose to keep their Steem in their account, They may power it up. If you continuously are upvoting their great comments, then they will steadily grow overtime. Their vote will be worth even more, and they'll be able to upvote you, The upvotes you gave them helps them grow, so they have more power on the platform.
