What do we think the implications would be on the volatility of Steem if Steemit had a "ruling" council?

    not "ruling" it has no executive power, just counseling.
    What does one has to do with the other?!

      In the sense that the fewer individuals that can effect change, the greater the fear/confidence based on decisions they make. I know one of the big driving forces behind other cryptos is anonymity.
