His lab's work has been featured on the Today Show!
He graduated from the Marine Corp's 10 week Officer Candidate School program last summer. He is scheduled to commission on the 4th of July! He has an aviation contract and hopes to fly on the Prop airframe.

I was reading through posts, commenting, and curating yesterday and I started thinking about the Steemit community as a whole and my experience to date. I too am a new steemian. I joined 9 days ago. Since I joined I have already had numerous conversations in comment sections of blogs that were genuine, sincere, and resulted in me making HIGH QUALITY connections. I am in complete awe of this platform. For the longest time the internet has been getting over-saturated with fakeness, and people trying to game systems of communication and interaction for monetary gain. I feel as though Steemit has come along and revealed the real value of our content and the time we spend on it.
Yesterday, I was reading through posts, commenting, and curating and I started thinking about the Steemit community as a whole and my experience to date, and I realized in this brief nine days of my presence here, I already feel like a welcomed contributing member of a sustainable and promising community.

Uriel you think that "Steem is Beautiful because of you" is a clever idea, but from my experience being a steemer for 6 months it is the truth.
There's a huge waiting list for the international population wanting to open accounts on steemit. I know this because I have a friend who's been waiting over a week.
The price has made me 4 times richer in 5 months than I was before.
Steemers are supportive of one another and so happy with the platform and community that they/we/I spread the "steem virus." to our world
There are steemers who are creating steem replacements for twitter, facebook, youtube, instagram, and more on the steem blockchain
You and I > the community get to vote for what kind of platform we have and the direction it goes.
It is our good content and involvement that replaces ads.
It's You and I = community > that achieves what the world CANNOT do . . . #1 Get along with one another > Create our own economy that rewards one another > Create and reward / recognize without discrimination.
It's you and I > Having a voice > RESPECTING our fellow steemers without authority telling us what to do.
