We apologize for the bad experience, please try the below steps if you face any issue.

  • Log in to steemitwallet.com with your active private key instead auth tool(for example: Steem Keychain).
  • Log in to steemitwallet.com with a different browser, like firefox, edge, Opera etc.
  • Refresh the page and try again.

If all these steps do not work, please don’t worry, the new version will be online soon and fix related issues. All your TRX can be claimed after the new version online.

Downvoting a post can decrease pending rewards and make it less visible. Common reasons:

    I tried everything to redeem & transfer my TRX rewards with the following:

    • Logged in with Chrome (including incognito), and
    • Logged in with Edge

    It's still giving the same result. Guess we'll have to wait once your back end is fixed.
