There is a chance bitcoin will fall to worthless.
The reason being, mining cost more than the bitcoin that is mined, hence miners exit from mining. If no miners left to mine for blocks, the ledger falls apart... this is very real.... whats left is digital information that is worthless (unlike physical gold)
