Welcome! Enjoy you stay :)

New user here as well. I've been excited to actually get into the platform and to see where it goes from here!

Welcome. Have fun

Welcome here @cryptoworld - let us know when you have questions

Thanks for this important news. I'm looking forward to bigger and better things. I'm commenting from busy.org to check it out. I am also trying to set up steepshot but so far it's not working for me. With developers providing these new interfaces we will become more popular!

Good to see new people here, personally hoping for a wave of scifi geeks.

I'm so happy to see that new users are finally getting onto Steemit again. I know the verification process that was implemented was needed, but it was not very good to not have any new users for a few days. Hopefully this will run smoother in the future :)

Hey! Thanks for the welcome you gave me on my post!

This is now a up-vote new users thread! :)

Thanks for sharing! steemd looks interesting :)

I think it's the official way to view what's going on with the blockchain. People can get all sorts of interesting data from it.

Plenty of data there. We should keep an eye on those figures

I just helped my friend set up her account @lisafi

@steevc

Looks like that account is not validated yet. I hope it will be soon.

That's new, an account is usually validated immediately

@steevc

It was before, but they are validating manually for now. Too many fake accounts were being created.

There are uses for bots, but nobody should need hundreds of those.

Or the bot owner should pay for them, not Steemit.

Well they can do that already.
