Im here to stay as well. I also power up everything into Steem Power, and I don't have any idea how to cash out, which is fine because I don't plan on cashing out for a long time anyway!
I have been doing pretty well. I have been here about a week and today I came within a few dollars of my first $100 post! I LOVE SteemIt and I think it's going to be HUGE!

I've not got to $100 on a post yet, but then one that gets $20 now would have been worth that a while back. I'm hoping the price of Steem will rise again, but I can wait. I'd prefer to spend Steem directly instead of cashing out. I hope that economy will grow.
