Why my potential payout is getting decreased for my old posts?

Potential payouts for 7 days are getting decreased my old posts. why this is happening?

Downvoting a post can decrease pending rewards and make it less visible. Common reasons:

    The value of Steem has gone down... but so have all crypto currencies at the time. Don't worry too much about it... because the $ amount is just value in dollars, you'll get the same amount of steem and steem power.
