I wanted to cancel it, and place a new one, but my order did not appear below, so I could not cancel it.
A refresh and an attempt to access the same page again without a refresh from the browser both failed, until one of them worked, and it was only due to luck and tenacity that I eventually managed to cancel my order:

Now after I cancelled it, it seems to appear and to be uncancellable, and even worse, it appears that I have less Steem than what I have:
It shows that I have 0.399 Steem whereas I have 1.845 Steem.
I could not place it in the same screen in an appropriate way in order to show it, I hope that you manage to see it in the upper and lower edges.
It was not the first time that it happened to me.
Maybe you should try bugs, help, and steemdev for tags?

I already gave him 2 100% downvotes, deducted from his reputation which only seems on steemit as high as my, but since he has less reputation points, his reputation was deducted and I also reduced his rewards on 2 last moment pending spam comments from 0.03$ to $0.01.

Because he is not the first one which serially replies to bots at high frequency and upvotes his own comments.

He isnt making much and although selfvoting is douchy, its not really abusive at his level.
Byteball looks like a scam to get your id attached to your account.

Burmese letters appear as empty rectangles on my screen so I do not know for sure, but serially replying to bot comments as he does and either self upvoting, or botbidding or both on those replies is how I discovered abandi when he was still using lucky-robin, and how I discovered acehero.
I gave acehero some downvotes and stopped since he did not retaliate, did not seem very dangerous and stopped this habbit.
However this guy climbed to a rep and SP that even acehero, abandi and lucky-robin never got close to.
I am skeptical about other airdrops, but Byteball is for real.

anonymint had some too high level criticism, but it is above me to read his threads.
Interesting that STEEM's DPOS is better suited for mass adoptin than a DAG.
