Is this what we have all become?

I admit freely that this is an alternate account. I will use it to speak against the injustice currently going on on steemit.

Most whales are beginning to misuse their power. I don't care if you post multiple posts a day, after all, it is your steem power but when you start to indiscriminately downvote and flag other users, just because you have more reputation and steemstem power, then it becomes a problem. Steemstem needs growth but when you chase away all the underdogs, who will facilitate this growth?. I deliberately made a different account so I could speak freely without the fear that I will be hushed. I don't care if I am flagged, this is not a profit account. Just because you are bigger than I am or because you joined earlier, that definitely doesn't give you the right to oppress minnows.

Minnows are either too scared to speak against the whales or are too busy sucking up to them and kissing ass to speak up. Use the power you have to benefit yourselves and others.

Fellow Minnows, support and upvote other minnows. Don't just go to the trending page to know the biggest whales to follow. Let's support and build up the newcomers so we can all benefit. Let's say no to the oppression of whales. Do not grow the reputation and steempower of a whale to your own detriment.

Do not take the politics of the real world into steemit. It's a mostly anonymous site, so nobody can actually gun for you in real life. Don't let people profit off your hard work.
