No they are a really good exercise for sure, they just are hard. I can only manage like 5 at a time and I work out regularly.

I still don't know how to get around so I'll share this here (just in case you didn't know). Dave Zublick says there are to date politicians from major cities, mostly mid-level are under scrutiny for child abuse, child sex trafficking, and child pornography; the bulk of them Democrats. (I'm non-partisan.) I thought it might mean something to you because of your degree in political science; but especially for the arrests.

Yes, the possibility of a grand jury going on is something I hold hope for. Grand Juries can be used in these types of high profile cases, and they are done entirely in secret. However the reason I pause on this is because if one was underway people like John Podesta would likely not be allowed to travel and he was recently giving talks in Norway I think at some climate change thing, so if he is under investigation he would likely not be allowed to leave the USA. So I don;t know what is going on behind the scenes but I am always hopeful, thanks for the information. Have a nice day!
