Seems this poor little guy has been wrapped up for more than 30 years and I just can't take it anymore!

Plus it would appear that there is some weird toning going on, everything but this one spot, or is it the wrap that is discolored?

    Well, as a matter of fact @goldrooster, those early "pioneers" in America were accomplished pirates. But they did not waste their time on small chests of coins, they stole abouy 1/3 of a continent while laying waste to the natives from coast to coast.
