LOST Steemit Passwords

Hi everyone,

So i've just noticed i've been a complete noob and not wrote my steemit password down anywhere. I have saved it on my laptop in my saved passwords so i can login and out of steem no problem, however if i was to lose my saved passwords one day i have no idea what my password is. What on earth can i do to help me regenerate my old password???

ANY advice friends??
