How I met @chiama
After introducing myself to @ackza because I felt he is brilliant and very creative, and close by in the US, I visited him in San Diego. We hit it off quickly and he had been telling me for some time of his work with @mcsamm and others in Ghana. He also mentioned there was much happening in Nigeria as well, and encouraged me to start supporting his work in Africa. He mentioned I might find people to help me there, since many needed work and were so literate and spoke english and very excited about working in social media and crypto.
After seeing posts about @steemcamp and similar meetups in Nigeria, I was so intrigued because I came to realize THEY understand how to spread the gospel. It was almost like they were meeting up after church. And I soon realized it’s worth it for whales to pay for advertising or at least start promoting Steemit and STEEM outside of the community.
I asked her if she had seen the @teamhumble Christmas 2017 video. She had not..
I mentioned I thought we might try something similar together; but I needed a script. I asked a few people about it, just sort of off hand, as the day went by.. and 2 days later there was a script in our chat session. WOW!
She just took off and did it, right when I suggested it?!
She wrote the script, we did some editing, added a few lines to add more clarity of the power we are speaking of, and we sourced for entries from active Steemians.
MEET THE DAO
The @teamhumble article on DAO really made an impact on me, because it started me thinking about Decentralized Autonomous Organizations. They are very powerful and they are P2P, and it's incredible what can be accomplished with very small budgets and very good communications and networking!
I read about DAO, and how much of the production could be handed to others and the whole thing could be crowdsourced, which keeps expenses very low but has the potential to be even better than paid actors that know nothing about the subject matter.

Africa Arise 2018 will be hosted at the Beza Tabernacle in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia from January 24 - 28 under the theme Re-igniting the African Reformation.
As the Christian world celebrates the 500 year anniversary of the Protestant Reformation, we take some time to look at its implications for us in Africa, and lessons we can learn from it.
The call for reformation is the result of a frustration about where the past has led us. While appreciating the decisions made 500 years ago by a few brave men, we feel we are not just to celebrate their achievements, but to also address some of our own concerns about where the past has led us. In many ways, we in Africa have never had the opportunity to stop, assess our position, and chart the preferred way forward.
This year we are focusing on the need for reformation in the areas of ministry, marketplace and family, as these are key to Africa’s future. Through these, we intend to serve the church, our communities and nations, and re-ignite the African Reformation

This is the first am seeing a white man have so much love and interest for not just Africa but Nigerians to be specific.

I really want to thank @surfyogi for his support i n helping Africans. I remember when I just started steemit, I got a lot of love from steemit but now it is sohard to make 30 cents. As a matter pf fact steemit is no more a matter of quality content again. The whales don't vote no more and things have gotten really hard. I decided to create the @steem9ja which was a project meant to help and promote steemit amongst nigerian students but my fear is that most of them will loose motivation after a lot of trials without love. I have hosted a meetup in University of Port harcourt and i intend on spreading the gospel of steemmit. Thank you once more for suppporting Nigerians and Africa at large

I kept seeing comments from the @wafrica community on other peoples post, i was interested and as an African, i was inquisitive, got to know alot about the community and that alone has made me to keep a close tap to their blog.
