Important Note!!!

Recently, within these steemit down-time errors, several steemians created steemit interfaces (condenser), which appears exactly like steemit. I have seen a couple of them e.g yehey.org but today on the steemgigs discord, someone brought this link:

Upon first look, you may think it is one of those full steemit condenser interfaces but this one is quite different, thus, i almost am certain that it is a phishing site. 

Yes, the url is "https" but it looks really crafty and tallied; fully-placed to coincide with all the recent events with steemit, upcoming steemfest and especially, the new steemit condenser interfaces, that have been created by several steemians recently. 

There is a stark difference between the link above and yehey.org for instance. Yehey.org is a complete replica of steemit, in how it looks. 

steemit.press/Update-December-2017/ however, looks like this:

On PC, unlike yehey.org which displayed a steemit-like interface with all the interface, like a full steemit condenser, the link above was different. Only the log-in aspect to the page works, with all other clickables linking back to steemit.com.

I did change my password after trying the site as i was logged in to steemit and steemit requested that i log out!

I tried it on a fone next to be sure of matters and upon using wrong credentials, it doesn't reject it like steemit does with "username doesn't exist"; it just leads next to an html type page, that looks like steemit but that stays on "loading......" endlessly. 

I wonder what the solution to this can be but perhaps steemit INC can purchase all likely domains containing the word "steemit" or constantly publish all domain names directly associated with them.

I Need Help!!!

I need help! Well, i have always needed help. I get too busy and it is true that i don't get 5 minutes of rest a day but that has been, since day one. I lost the ability to sleep overall or perhaps, it is preferable to say, i lost the ability in my body to relax but its all good. I am working on repairing that.

This is where you (my family) come in!

I would love help in resuscitating the SteemGigs discord community to more life. I will love it to be restored to full blown activity, with one person looking to help or direct the other.

Steemgigs was designed to connect "steemians in need" to "steemians indeed"!

The truth is, i used to be really active on there till i got so drained from the too many things i do in a day. I used to be active in directing every new user, who arrives on the server on what things to do next etc

Overall though, i would usually pick special interest in people and their welfare and needs, thus, i end up getting additional tons of hours of DMs to do etc

The number of steemians on the server grow daily and there are currently more than 700 of the most gifted steemians on there but it has grown disorganized a bit because i have not been available to direct things. 

Too, i didn't title the "roles" to indicate the role called "Admin" as i wanted a measure of equality, so it becomes harder to organized the server as the steemians on there with Admin permissions, are oblivious to these permissions.

Now however, i am looking to make adjustments. 

I do desire, that the general chat for instance, develop more interaction and this is something we can accomplish. Thus, just below, i will explain to some extent what Steemgigs is and this will help us know how to interact better while on the server.

What About SteemGigs?

First note that the name of my witness is "steemgigs". It may have favored me better in terms of ranking a witness, if my witness name was "surpassinggoogle" as that has been my account since day one and is what many steemians know me by; but upon setting up my witness, i wasn't thinking much about me, i was thinking of the steemit community and growing "steemgigs" community.

Steemgigs has always been seen to become the first freelancing market place built on blockchain and it is!

Though, over the months, we didn't start with an interface, we have pushed #steemgigs, so that steemians have successfully offered their service in exchange for steem/SBD. 

We didn't start out with an interface, being that we valued building a solid community first.

Many successful and beautiful things have happened on steemit courtesy of a #steemgigs. We have maintained this beauty by coming to know this community and an extra thing about each of these steemian talents; "the human behind the steemian"

Basically, if a steemian is in need of a service etc i would know at least one reputable steemian in almost every industry or niche, who can render aid.

@steemgigs has been written about by several steemians, including @stellabelle as an interface that could disrupt Fiverr.

Yes, @steemgigs is designed to top the combined power of Fiverr, Upwork & Freelancer, by means of the steem blockchain but way beyond that, it is designed to stir steemit growth by appealing to each human.

The Steemgigs Interface Is Works

More recently, the time became ripe for the interface to be made ready. The community has flourished to a pretty good extent and it is pertinent that it has a place as well, to display their talents/services in a more personalized fashion

While we work on the @steemgigs interface, with hopefully, a simple alpha version within this year, i will love you to join me, in restoring the Steemgig community on discord back to life. 

The @steemgigs interface will be fun. Basically, by its means, we will be able to bring in more of the freelancing markets of the world to join steem. Overall, we will bring everyone as "everyone has something to offer".

hashtag untalented will certain have its place on the steemgigs interface too. 

Many steemians started their steemit careers in #steemgigs. Yes, many got here and didn't exactly know what to blog about, till they found out they good offer their service in exchange for steem/SBD. 

Basically, steem has everything to make this possible and more but the steemit interface is more designed for blogging. Freelancers want to have some form of profile and have their gigs searchable and ever-green. 

The steemgigs interface will fix this. 

It will have steem integration via steemconnect version 2 (verified by steemit in partnership with @busy.org), allowing every post on it, to also appear on steemit. However, posts published to steem from the steemgigs interface, will be formatted in a special order, to indicate that it is a steemgig and all such entries will automatically be organized into appropriate categories and searchable.

You will also be able to view these posts and interact with steem or steemit, directly on the interface as well, if you desire. 

Overall, it will keep evolving with all the tools that you will need and i do know these needs. 

There will also be a specialized editor on the steemgigs interface, for creating regular steemit posts. This special editor that will make post creation top-notch; "surpassing-Google-standard!"

Hahaha, i thought google would bar me from getting that domain but it happened. surpassinggoogle.com is also available to me.

When the interface gets ready, it will promoted on its own; niche-based, to appeal to and bring all the talents of the world also, onto steemit. 

If there is means too, there will be ADs to this effect.
