It currently has 1,650 likes and loads of engagement and this is alarming, considering that i am not able to totally manage the page and considering that many of the visitors to the page aren't connected to me on Facebook and neither are they my Facebook friends. They get amused by the sort of funny and creative content on the page as well as the ability for them to make requests. I upload pictures created by the Project Murphy bot using Skype messenger. 

The Murphy bot is a chatbot on skype, that creates photo-swapped images of popular or search-engine-popular faces or objects, using free-to-use pictures, from all around the internet. It automatically swap faces upon request using AI and gives photoshopped-like results. This will be explained better below but here is a quick example:

How my Facebook Page Project Murphy started?

It started experimentally!

In general, I like to play with the AppStore for iOS or Blackberry world or Google play store etc. I like to stay abreast with what apps are already available as well as new apps evolving and especially, to get to know what they can or can't accomplished. 

I especially like to do this; to get knowledge of what has been or not been created yet! I like to do this, as i always want to know my resources, when thinking of new needs and innovation ideas.

When creating needs or innovative ideas in my mind, however; i think without boundaries; sense and nonsense! Then the aftermath is: "is this even possible in real life"; "has this been done"; "is there an app that has done this or something similar"?

I don't know photoshop etc, so during this time, i was looking for some app, that can blend two pictures seamlessly, without need for much human intervention; so perhaps, based on AI! 

Then i ended up, finding something close! The Murphy bot! 

I think it was sort of like in beta at the time and not fully functional. Bots in social messengers, where not fully functional then and if they were, they where most likely being tested. 

These messenger bots were practically learning at the time; based on feedback from more users. 

So i had found, Project Murphy, a messenger bot that you could add on Skype to create fun, creative, imaginative face-swap creations or images! 

So basically, most of the chat language it understands are in these words: "What if A was B?"

Project Murphy was created by Microsoft, to be able to swap faces automatically and this bot learns based on user feedback and machine learning language, that allows it to recall already processed images etc

It uses pictures under creative commons and intermixes them almost perfectly and if you aren't satisfied and you ask for more results, it tries to perfect the next result, with a new mix of images. 

In some cases, when your query is too complex; it will respond by saying, "that it is still trying to learn" and when is able to learn over time, it will respond to you with new results. 

So for instance, if you chatted with Project Murphy asking this: 

What if Ariana Grande was Bruno Mars?" 

You will get this result or more:

It can also handle more complex entries like:

It works better, with more popular Google or search-engine renown faces like Celebrities, objects etc

So many "Donald Trump entries" as many of the requests on my Facebook page: Project Murphy, in recent times involved Donald Trump!

I create this Facebook page at the time, that i started tested out the bot; to upload pictures that i have created using this chatbot; on. 

Basically, a fan page to upload these pictures for the entertainment of others. Ofcourse, i was also sharing these pictures, to my personal Facebook page. Little did i know, that will have this much growing engagement!

Then i also made Instagram page since i saw that post more efficiently; it was easier to synchronize an Instagram account to a Facebook page and the Instagram account upon which i upload project Murphy images has 1,147 followers and so many likes per image!

Here are other examples of this bot's creation, so that you can understand how advance it's learning and capacity is. It will amaze you, the complexity of what it can create!

The interesting feature of this bot as well; is that you can improvise a bit and create face swaps or combos, of yourself and some other object; by means of Project Murphy. 

All you need to do is; submit your picture to Project Murphy in the chat or messenger, then it can process requests like; "what if i was monk or what if i was Ned Scott" etc   

Recently, as my passion for the growth of steemit and my conviction in the beauty of the platform grew, i have started to invite people to steemit. I know it may be hard for them to thrive though, unless they have been familiar to the crypto-world; the blockchain; cryptocurrency and perhaps, some tech! 

They may find it difficult to thrive on steemit, same as i was lost in wonderland for months, when i first got on steemit, thus, i don't merely want to invite people to steemit! I want to invite them and be able to maintain a close-knitted team with them; so that i can help direct them, into a seamless steemit journey as well as to instill in them, the art of 'mining with minds". 

Most recently, i have invited a new set of steemians; though some of these accounts have not posted yet or gotten fully in the groove of posting. A few new members are also joining steemit in a few days. There is @dreamboat (a lawyer), @southparkqueen @travelnepal @Antonio905david etc in this bunch!

Therefore, more recently, i am looking for how to integrate this Facebook page; Project Murphy within my aim of inviting many more new users to steemit! 

The audience from this Facebook page is probably good fit for steemit. This is evident in their constant requests for face-swap assignments and especially, in their imaginative requests. It is evident, that they like to be creative and imaginative! 

Moreover, they have untold obsession for things like this. At the time, when i was managing to respond to entries; i could no longer handle it on my own as the number for non-stop messages and request that comes in once you start to respond is countless. Thus, Facebook's auto-responder feature for Facebook pages became essential!

People send Queries like; what if Trump was a bacon or What if Rick Ross was James Harden etc and many times they send their own pictures; telling you do do things like; what if i was Putin or what if i had dreadlocks etc

Imagine people even send video-type requests;

Yes, the requests are messages are too many, that i had to set up an auto-responder, that welcomes them and invites them to leave their requests and this leaves sorta a good reputation and the requests and messages keep flocking in!

This audience is just on auto-pilot! We need good use for this traffic, to bring them on steemit and this is where i need your help and suggestions!

I feel it is time, to direct this traffic to steemit. 

All this will involve is editing the auto-responder message on my Facebook page to invite them straight to steemit, to win steem or prizes, for "Guessing The Combo" or perhaps something more interesting! 

This INITIATIVE will evolve, based on feedback from this post.

I do want to see how steemians, will react to a post or contest like this! I will make this post a simple contest, where we will have to Guess The Combo. 

Based on Feedback from this post and a few subsequent Guess The Combo challenges; we will consider whether to invite the storm of users from this growing Facebook page, to visit steemit.com, to Guess The COMBO; inorder for them to win prizes but ultimately; i will like use this means to cater to this new potential ones as they be lost in wonderland, thus, if this is a success, perhaps, we will create a new account related to Project Murphy, solely to cater to new steemians, who got to steemit from Facebook, wanting to Guess the COMBO; so they can have page to turn to, solely for Guessing the COMBO, before they fully start to understand steemit and diversify in their creative interests!

There has been the Meme challenge and many @papa-pepper contests, including the Steemit Photo Challenge etc. I feel the overall essence of these initiatives and contests etc; is also to appeal to the masses of non-steemit users, who may just want to have fun or engage in contests to win something!

When it comes to prizes and looking at the many contests on steemit; 

steemit is such a beauty and constantly evolving, that i think types of prizes won from contests on steemit can vary; in a way that even engages users more and spurs more creativity and enthusiasm. 

Sometimes, it will be even nicer for contestants to be excited on the type of prize that @fibra59 or @the-future or @tincho or @htooms or @papa-pepper will put up next. 

It gets people talking, it keeps them on their toes and in suspense; excited!

I largely think, that the prize creation process should be a creative process as well, so that we can start touching on future uses for steem technology, even now!

Prizes for contests and on steemit can come in different forms. 

Wont it be a valid price; if your blog or upcoming initiative, challenge etc; is to seat at the footer of the next killer post published by @sirlunchthehost ?

What if you were to get an entire video commercial or podcast commercial by him or get feature as a character, on his next game update?

Or to get your blog or story, featured on the popular steemit magazine by @infovore, that garners many views and much engagement?

Or to have a guaranteed 15 mins talk-time on the popular @steemittalk podcast hosted by @sykochica  @giftedgaia and @winstonwolfe?

Or have you, as guest judge on a Meme Challenge edition; Meme Challenge upon which @ned was once judge?

Or have one of your unanswered crypto-question answered?

Or have exclusive logos and GIFs made for your blog to brand it?

Or to become whale for one day, either when it becomes possible to delegate steem power to choice accounts or like @htooms contest, where winners steer his whale?

I am sure @ned looked at the bigger picture, when he decides to be judge on the Meme Challenge and conscious part in community activities. He knows what he sees!

I think there is an endless list of possible variety of prizes, fully using what the steem blockchain and the steemit community of great minds now offer!

The bigger picture is key!

Many people have ran contests on steemit, which are so creative but have faltered and ended, probably because the bounty was not really enticing; steem etc; but how about other forms of bounty; that in the long run equals steem or even more steem?

For this first edition of GUESS THE COMBO, since it is experimental; we will go for steem as the prize. 

I don't currently have much, so let's do 20 or 30 steem to the winner!
