WHAT'S YOUR MIND TELLING YOU, THINK BEFORE YOU ACT, LOOK BEFORE YOU LIP. THINGS DON'T ALWAYS APPEAR THE WAY THEY SEEM TO BE

Do you judge wrongly or rush into conclusion of what you aren't sure about, now is the time to give  a halt or stop on how you handle situations. Some of the times i interpreted and analyzed an issue, i found out i didn't get it right when the truth came out.

i have been judged wrongly at times and i don't like it. i don't think you would when same happen to you, when dealing with issues, i mean issues on general aspect of life; relationship, place of work, friends around, school, public, family. Definitely matters and issues are gonna arise but you ought to treat them with wisdom and utmost care.

Are you the type that judge someone from their looks or attitude, its time to stop because you don't judge a book by it's cover. So many people have lost the right people for the wrong ones (wolves in sheep clothing) because of what their mind is telling them about that person, whereby those same people hold the gold they are looking for.

it happened to me when i was having trust issues with my girl friend, i felt she was cheating on me and always inquisitive of her moves, she told me she was going to see an old friend of hers whom i know her home and all was in my mind was that she want's to go cheat on me.

I paid someone to spy on her, it turned out to be the truth that she actually saw her friend. i felt bad and was sad of how i made incorrect  judgement towards her. ever since, i never jumped into conclusion about people, though we make compromise as human beings but make sure you look before you lip. make sure there's a concrete evidence before you jump into matters otherwise you end up giving  innocent persons false accusations.

Even in your business be positive towards it, don't go by your mind telling you; you cant make it. when it comes to business never you develop a negative view towards it, if not you end up not believing in it and it's gonna turn out to be a flop.

I think that much can be learned from observations about the external world. Outwardly appearance is a form of physical expression, right? I call it the Ego(others have different definitions of the term, but as for now, this is mine)

From the ego(as well as all physical manifestations) you can follow observations along with logical steps to arrive at conclusions.
I'll give an example of what I mean.

You're wearing a shirt from a band. This could lead us to several conclusions. One, you like the band. Two you've seen the band live and could have bought a the t-shirt at the show. etc. etc.

I guess the point i'm trying to make is don't just disregard the physical attributes people choose to present when trying to determine, this, that or what ever from them.

I'll give you another example, you said,"don't judge a book by its cover" but you are saying this because someone told you this, right?

Yet, as far as I am concerned anyway, you only see the proverbial book cover of a person(Their ego ). The only pages of a book you see is the current one you are reading fully(your personal consciousness) . In other words, you are only experiencing the inner workings of your own mind, so you can not, EVER, see the inner workings of somebody elses mind, because you are contained inside your self as a singular actor.

I do agree with one of you main points, thinking things through.

thanks for understanding my views and for giving me an upvote

no problem!
I just read,"The Book" by Alan Watts so I've been thinking about this kinda thing. Its a great work and I'd highly recommend it.
