This excellent summary video touches on that subject, as well as others. So far, the prophecy that said her 3 children would all be killed has come true.

So it seems pretty likely that we'll see Cersei go down by either Jamie or Tyrion's hand. Although I love Tyrion, I hope Jamie does it, because at heart it seems like he wants to be a good person, and this would be the ultimate sacrifice for him.
