This is good way to know what most people think about this and at the end you can make master reward system that will attract to more people for sure. Good luck with this @crypto.piotr.

If I have to spread reward of 300 steem in to 50 people then I will do it like :

1 - 70 Steem
2 - 52 Steem
3 - 40 Steem
4 - 25 Steem
5 - 18 Steem

6 to 30 - 3 Steem to each (75 Steem)

31 to 50 - 1 steem to each (20 Steem)
