After some weeks of preparation and organization today we are pleased to my team to present this initiative that was born with the idea of helping the Venezuelan community to develop their ideas in Steemit.

Proyect Teli - Developing ideas and prosperity

Introduction

Venezuela and its crisis have seen a huge leap with respect to last year, hundreds of thousands have left the country in search of a better quality of life as a consequence. We have been so immersed in this constant cycle that it is difficult to see the quality of talented people we still have in the country. Many native Steemit users in Venezuela are living proof of the gains that can be made in Steemit and how useful can be the content that is shared, however, when it comes to start there is always that degree of uncertainty among new users, either by the economic issue or the technical issue of the social network.

From this we have proposed to sponsor new users who enter the platform, providing both education and a direct channel to the most experienced steemians, as well as a range of post where they can both be guided in the creation of post as in knowing the technical characteristics and operation of Steemit.

We know that even in a short time we can make a difference and we can change the lives of many Venezuelans what with the work of the team will lay a foundation for a not too distant future we can embrace and be effective in explaining Steemit to Venezuelans without experience in this field.

Of course we will need all possible help not only from the Hispanic community but from all kinds of users who can provide both knowledge and also the benefits of lived experiences.

Problem

Beginning in 2018, Venezuela's problems, while still the same today, have intensified dramatically over the past year. Some economic analysts rate inflation at the end of the year at 1,000,000%, a new negative historical record that foresees an economic slowdown never before seen not only in Latin America but also in the world.

The growing difficulties faced by its inhabitants both to leave the country and to stay are not left behind, in a recent study found that 70% are living on the margins of poverty, other studies conducted by the UN revealed that approximately 6.1% of the population suffers from poor food conditions taking into account that the situation is an emergency within the country, most people decide to leave the country even though the eternal procedures of the government make it more burdensome to get a passport.

Added to the fact that recent economic changes have only aggravated the crisis, the situation in Venezuela is one of the most precarious in recent years, the talent in the universities sees as their future move away from their country to complete their studies, that is something that must change urgently if you want to have people trained to move the country forward.

What do we want to achieve?

For some time now I have seen crises as an opportunity to rebuild something efficiently and I believe that the situation of many Venezuelans is seen at a point where it can be molded with new tools to prosper, matters such as financial intelligence or good management of resources are keys to survival today.

This project is presented as an initiative to educate through events, dynamics and even informative posters to (first) small sectors of specific communities, collect data and apply the administrative process to determine the impact of these measures on the population, as they generate a positive reaction in the community will expand the range.

We also want to emphasize the support of the ideas both in Steemit and abroad, as well as the cultivation of these and their development, the objective is to include the mayor quantity of people of quality and to give them a support as much ours as of the same community so that they discover this creativity and can solve the problems that arise.

Among the priority activities of the project are:

• Recruit people who are focused, responsible, of good values and creative and willing to work hard to make the project grow, remunerate them and educate them so that they can make life in steemit.

• To determine the specific problems faced by Venezuelans and to develop optimal and profitable solutions that can be implemented both in the short and long term.

• Create a team help the necessary material to carry out the functions of the project, these can be both talks and posters, guides, infographics, post, dynamics among other things.

• Reach inhabitants in different ways with unconventional advertising campaigns in order to interest and incite people to participate.

• Organize contests in Steemit to grow the base of followers and constancy of the project

The specific objectives or deadlines will be detailed in the next post, when the structure of these is in place.
