This is an exclusive video of the amazing Jerry Banfield speaking to a special group of us at a Steemfest Meet-up in Sarasota, Florida. In this video he spilled his secrets about how he has achieved such enormous success in Steemit.
Jerry Banfield is an amazing person who gives and shares with other a lot. Because of this he has many followers (check out what he is doing —- @jerrybanfield). In this video he shared secrets that you won’t find elsewhere.

Often what we imagine, based on what we've seen on video, is not exactly the way things are in real life. I think it is good to have both in real life meetings as well as online meetings.

This helps newbies like me a lot. I only started here 24 days ago, and am not sure that I fully understand how it works.
I like how this talks about what is important to be successful, and how steemit really have 2 important facets. 1. Contributing to the community, and 2. The business side (making money) and strategies to be successful on both.
I like how he talks about how important it is to survive the boring and the mundane initially, and believe that success will eventually come as you improve your skills, and increase your understanding of how the system works.
