Gaining any power(မည္သည့္စြမ္းရည္ကိုမဆိုရယူျခင္း)
ဒီအေၾကာင္းအရာကိုမေျပာခင္မွာ salt(ဆား) ရဲ ႔ အသံုးဝင္ပံုကိုေျပာျပပါရေစ။
salt ကို chant ေတြရြတ္တဲ့အခါ၊အစီအရင္ေတြျပဳလုပ္တဲ့အခါမွာ အလြန္အသံုးဝင္တဲ့ protection thing အျဖစ္ အသံုးျပဳၾကပါတယ္။salt ဟာ protecting (အကာအကြယ္ေပးျခင္း) and purifying(သန္႔စင္ေစျခင္း) တို ့အတြက္လည္းအသံုးဝင္ပါေသးတယ္။ေနာက္ျပီး salt ဟာ earth's energy ကို ကိုယ္စားျပဳတဲ့စြမ္းအင္တစ္ခုျဖစ္ပါတယ္။ကဲ... ဒီေလာက္ဆိုရင္ နားလည္ျပီထင္ပါတယ္။အဓိကအေၾကာင္းအရာေလး စပါမယ္..... 😊

ခြက္တစ္ခြက္ကိုယူျပီးေတာ့အဲ့ဒီခြက္ထဲကို ေရျဖည့္ပါ။ျပီးရင္ ဆားအခ်ိ ဳ ႔ထည့္ပါ။အားလံုးျပီးသြားျပီဆိုရင္ေတာ့ ဆားကိုေရထဲမွာေပ်ာ္ဝင္တဲ့အထိ ဇြန္းနဲ ့ေမြွေပးရပါမယ္။ေမြွျပီးတာနဲ႕ ေအာက္က စာသားေလးကို belief and concentration(ယံုၾကည္မႈနဲ႕အာရံုစူးစိုက္မႈ) ထားျပီး 3times ရြတ္ဆိုေပးပါ။
