Thank you for this post, the topic is really important. As people tend to become older and older while also moving less due to modern society - Osteoporosis becomes a huge problem. Thigh fractures lead to so many deaths - and many of those could be prevented by training. Not only would the body get stronger and the person healthier - also the bones would get stronger :)
