So far so good, still doesn't feel like anything is really different with my diet. This soup is Chicken Pot Pie Soup. Would I have loved to eaten it in a flaky pastry crust? Yes. Did I actually need it? No! This soup was thickened using a puréed potato and almond milk mixture. Nice way to add thickness without flour, butter, and milk which are all no-nos on the Whole 30. Topped with green onion - instead of cheese and served with a beautiful juicy orange!
