As we all seeing that price of steem is going down and down every day after HF19 and that will affect steemit directly, because before this price drop this platform looks very healthy and filled with a lot of active users,

But now days a big portion of new and some old members of steemit are down or not active from many days.

People are avoiding posting on steemit because they are now getting almost half the reward amount that they are getting 2-3 months ago on this platform,

People are now avoiding to post on steemit because they are not getting their deserving rewards for their hard work.

So that's why the active users count on steemit is very low these days, and the big players of steemit only getting good Rewards because of most of people activated automatic upvoting using different upvoting bots and services just for earning curation rewards on that posts,

So that's why this low active users situation is not affecting them very much but this situation is directly affecting new members and minnows like us.

And if this same situation will continue for a long term then many new users and small minnows are definitely going to leave this wonderful platform and that is not a good thing for steemit.

So what do you think,is this situation is good or bad for us in long term??

Steemit is strongrst each day, and some whales powering down mean some people can buy lower and be stronger.

Ya agree but if people are continuously leaving this platform then other people are also not going to invest into steem.

We should not quit right friend @thecrytotrader ..if we want to be successful in this platform we will work hard and never stop...let continue to help each other im happy that i have a friend like you..hang on and soon we will become a whale hehehe...

Hahaha why not ;)

I dont think soo....i see lot of new users. May be i m wrong but price of steem going up and down will not at all effect this beautiful community

Thanks for your opinion buddy :)

Rome was not build in one day either. Make Steemit the way you want it to be. All changes start with someone doing the right thing.

Nice say buddy:)

I think if we just keep chuggin' along we will be just fine.

Ouch, hopefully it balances out. With whales powering down, other people can step it up. I think discoverability on the platform needs to be made easier.

Ya agreed

Definitely a question worth asking, I have seen my earnings drop by half since HF19. If it does continue along this path then there will be very few people left, most people (myself included) do like the rewards that you get on here. They seem to be getting smaller each day.

Ya that's what i am worried about buddy.

Indeed, I put everything into growing my SP yet what my up-vote is worth is at best staying the same at the moment. I will keep pushing through, but I can certainly understand that the user base will become a lot smaller.
