I'm constantly running out of RC, what did I break?

Hi #steemit, I've been trying to post comments and links but quite often it produces a "transaction broadcast error" and pops up saying I do not have enough RC to post. Am I posting too fast, is Steem getting spammed, what's up with that?

Also...I'm not getting paid afaik, do I just have to get more upvotes and post more?

Downvoting a post can decrease pending rewards and make it less visible. Common reasons:
