Did The Senate Just Save Net Neutrality?

The Senate passed the CRA which would re-instate Net Neutrality and overturn the FCC’s repeal. But, is that a permanent fix and how likely is it to pass Congress and be signed by Trump?

    We all have our hopes up, but it will be a hail marry pass for it to get through the House. and after that, there is Trump. We'll have to wait and see.
