@r4fken went rogue and I don't know what's the reason why he is downvoting every post on steemit esp. on new area (well not all I think) but for me, it is so downgrading for newcomers and for those who have less reputation. Doing this kind of act is not healthy for the community. Someone must take the action to solve this kind annoyance.
I considered him as the Number 1 Nuisance on SteemIt.
I upvoted your post as I agree heavily and didn't see your post until after I had made a post on this issue as well. I had just made a post to help my buddy out with the steemit photo contest as I don't think he knew of it yet and that asshole came along and got me as well. He should be disabled permanently. He is a disgrace to the community. I read all his posts and I found out he is totally a different type of person, a selfish one. He is downvoting newcomers without any reason why he should do it. darn!

Downvoting a post can decrease pending rewards and make it less visible. Common reasons:
