done.

Removed over 500$ in form of Post-Rewards. But lost count.

It also seems that they nearly primarily used smartsteem. But this will come to an end. I will personally monitor the bid-list whenever I'm awake, until the solution has been implemented.

i'm new here so thanks for the heads up on how this Steemy thingy works

Jesus Christ. This is insane!

Haha thank you for your hard work sir

Quick question, do you have a Terms of Service that the bid buyers is made aware of? Don't get me wrong, I'm all for what you've done here. But legally speaking...would your no refund policy hold up in court?

Not sure how much was sent to you, but if there's a contract (implicit or explicit) that a successful bid will result in an upvote, then breaking that contract would need the buyer to be made aware of and agree to terms of service that allows you (the seller) to void that contract. It's one thing to void the contract but refund the buyer (a judge would like slap you on the wrist, but no harm, no foul), but keeping the vote buyers funds puts you in the defensive position.

Definitely worth exploring with a lawyer if I were in your situation, especially given the amount of assets you dealing with at the moment.

And apologies if you do have a clear TOS. I couldn't find it on the website or FAQ, but I might have missed it.
