"his years in office were marked by corruption and nepotism"

I have always believed that I am a very positive in the face of change but how do you stay positive when you are dragged into the politics. I am disappointed to say the least that the company that I devoted my last 7 years to have count for nothing.
I changed the face of my department. It became THE MOST engaged team with energy and enthusiasm flowing through everyone's veins like blood. I know how much I was loved by all in my team, how much I loved my team and I tried to lead them with passion, I looked after them as if they were my own children but who care right?
Latitude Financial Services- we are betterers! Bullshit- these cooperate companies don't care two hoots about their employees. It is all about who you know.
So now I am going through redundancy and I have to move on. My leader is really nice, she has accommodated for me to take a step down for 6 month and still have a redundancy. Now I just have to get over the inertia but you know what- break me down, I will build myself again- burn me down and I will rise like the phoenix. I will do whatever it takes to move on and find what I like. Keep testing me cooperate world. I will not allow myself to be a victim of your corruption or nepotism.
